Job Description

This award-winning residential developer are looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator to join their Bristol based business.
As a privately owned company they are involved in the development of bespoke housing projects of between 10-40 units, and provide a very different culture to a large scale housing PLC. They are quality driven, regularly winning awards and pride themselves on the levels of service they provide to their customers.
In the role you will be responsible for the coordination of the technical and design information on projects, working closely with internal departments as well as liaising with relevant external design and engineering consultants ensuring this information is available to site.
We would be interested in hearing from candidates with a background in housing, preferably 3 years post qualification experience within the building industry either developer, contractor or private practice.
