Job Description

This award winning residential developer is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager on a temporary basis for a new build housing project near Worcester. Contract Duration is around 12 weeks but there is the potential for extension.

Applicants will ideally have experience of working for a residential developer in an Assistant or Site Management position. In the role you will be working under a Senior Site Manager and be responsible for the management of the various sub-contractors on site ensuring that they adhere to the company health, safety and Quality standards.

You will require good communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines and have up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets. Rate Circa 250-280 per day
