Job Description

My client is a privately-owned residential developer who is looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator to join their existing technical team on a Permanent basis.
As a company they have an excellent reputation in terms of quality of build and they are involved in the production of an exciting range of zero carbon homes. .
Applicants will need to have had a background in housing, preferably 3 years post qualification experience within the building industry either developer or Architectural Practice. You will need to be able to demonstrate a thorough constructional knowledge as well as a keen knowledge of the Building Regs & NHBC requirements.
You must be proficient in AutoCAD, preferably in Architectural desktop and experience is essential to demonstrate this, whilst experience in REVIT would also be an advantage.
You will be expected to co-ordinate external design consultants, checking their designs for compatibility and suggesting any changes required.
